You. Sun. Inside.

Dining outside is nice.
And while it may be hard to deal with, sometimes the traditionalist in us starts acting up and we’re forced to take our dining matters inside. So it helps to have the ideal indoor spot when you want to get away from the crazy gorgeous-by-day-and-night Provo weather.
That’s where O’Soleil comes in. This tease of a gastro-pub (hint: ‘Soleil’ means ‘sun’) mixes a little international gourmet influence with a lot of white-on-white Miami décor, and since it’s always harder to get indoors than out, they’re taking reservations… now.
Retrofitted with Louis XVI armchairs and Egyptian tablecloths, feel free to hang out with the boys at this trendy joint (or, if you got lucky by the Somerset pool…). Skip the salad and have a champagne-soaked lunch of Caribbean Shrimp Tagliatelle, with mango, green onion, coconut curry and micro cilantro or the Karubuta Pork Tenderloin in an all spice rub, sweet potato puree, tamarind sauce and baby spinach.
All of sudden, the sun is really overrated…
