Getting into heaven is hard work. A little debauchery shouldn't hold you back, but a little hunger might. And until you can have access to the land of milk and honey, it's always good to have a plan B.
Which is why you should head to the Coyaba Restaurant, on Grace Bay in Provo. An Arawak word meaning 'heavenly', think of Coyaba as your amuse bouche to the golden streets, only with servings of modern Caribbean cuisine.
Coyaba is for those easy, but elegant, evenings when you want to relax, sip on some fine wine and enjoy a sumptuous meal - otherwise known as Thursday night, except you're in Provo and a reservation is required. All mischief aside, you'll want to come here with a date, settle in and get down to the business of ordering. You'll find the gazebo-style restaurant on Grace Bay, next to the Caribbean Paradise Inn, with a menu that ticks so many gastronomical boxes that when all is said and done, suddenly manna doesn't sound so appealing.
Get to know the Gnocchi Cambazola with toasted pecans, fresh parmesan and sundried tomato pesto; then, try the pan-fried fillet of Grouper, with basil pesto and crispy goat cheese; and, of course, there's dessert. But don't forget to ask what your date would like to eat.
It'd be a sin not to...
