A steelband jam session, featuring La Horquetta Pan Groove, NLCB East Side Symphony and Pan Jammers Steel Orchestra, along with tassa drummers and masqueraders will herald the launch of the San Juan 2010 Carnival Programme on Sunday at 5:00pm.

The annual San Juan Calypso Monarch competition will be held on February 11th, 2010 with defending champion Amrika Mutroo looking to walk away with the Lord Blakie Challenge Trophy again this year.
