Oh gosh, oh gosh, oh gosh!!!! Doh bouf meh nuh! No I didn't drop off the face of the earth; no I didn't forget about the blog; yes I've been missing in action; BUT I have a valid reason. Several actually!

To start with, I tore a muscle in my back and was on full bed rest for a while ... don't ask how, just use your imagination - trust me, the story you come up with will be waaaaaaay better and more exciting than what actually happened. Anywho, after the bed rest the bug hit ... you know, that disease that I have that just won't let me rest when there's wining to be done! So if you thought that the title of this post referred to the fact that I was missing in action, well you're right. But it also ties in well with my little side trip to Miami Carnival!

I haven't been to MIA Carnival in about 4 years, so you know I had to make up for lost time. I have heaps to tell you about: from the fetes to the lime to the scenery ... but you're going to have to wait a little longer for all the deets since time doesn't permit a full-blown breakdown right now. Let's just say that MIA was suh-weeeeeet!
