Styled with some funky bedside lamps, raw-wood ceilings and sunken living rooms, the only time you really should leave your room (other than to replenish your supply of company – the female sort) is to explore the 25,000-bottle wine cellar cherished by owner Michelle Hulford. Dinner at the resort's alfresco restaurant isn't a bad look either – French Chef Christophe Blatz even gives cooking and wine-pairing classes.
