Crazy Rapper

Posted by The Editor on Mon, Jan 25th 2010, 03:05

If calypsonian Crazy says you can rap, consider yourself golden.  Really.  Introducing Young K, aka Keston Paul, son of arranger Leston Paul.  He's a rapper, and he hopped on a track with 'Uncle Crazy'.

Edwin 'Crazy' Ayoung's track this season is entitled 'Rub It Up' and we're more than compelled to provide a synopsis of the song.  Crazy sings about 'a man who discovers someone has some delicious-smelling "junk in the trunk" and invites the person to rub it in his face'.  Young K, at 17, raps about letting him 'hit that, shake that, break that'.  And since he's still in school, Crazy says Young K will only perform with him at the Kalypso Revue tent on weekends.  Child Welfare Officers, stand down.
